After Words March 14
March 14, 2021, 8:30 AM

Talk about your sense of morality.  Do you feel you always do good things whenever possible?  Do others agree with your assessment?

Talk about the last time someone offended you or hurt your feelings.  What made it better, or what would it take to make it better?

In your opinion, what makes it difficult to confess to doing something wrong?

Without sharing the details if you don’t want to, talk about a time when you did something wrong and you were forgiven.  How did that forgiveness make you feel?

Romans 3:23 says, “All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”  Does that make you feel better about yourself, or does that make you feel bad?  Why do you feel the way you do?

In the Lord’s Prayer we say, “Forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.” (Matthew 6:12)  Is this a freedom you have?  Is it a burden?  Is it a power?  Is it a responsibility?  Why do you feel as you do?
