October Moment of Why

Church Mailboxes

Ansonia UMC has a bank of mailboxes at the back of the Sanctuary.  These mailboxes may be used at any time to send cards, letters, or messages to other members - inserting the mail in the slot of the letter for the person's last name.  These are most often used during Christmas, Easter, and Valentine's Day.  The original purpose was that as you use the mailboxes, you would calculate how much money you saved in postage and then donate that amount to the Change House, which benefits the Building Fund.
